Ensures meticulous planning and allocation of work and resources, executing assigned tasks through CMMS or direct guidance from the Mechanical Maintenance Manager, and subsequently finalizing all documentation in SAP.
The incumbent oversees the mission and objectives of their assigned team, conducts performance evaluations, ensures the quality of work completed at the site, and fosters motivation among team members.
Ensures strict adherence to all safety rules and regulations by subordinates within work areas.
Weekly, monthly, and shutdown maintenance tasks are reviewed in consultation with Planners to ensure alignment with production requirements.
Monitor and assess the spare parts inventory in coordination with the planner, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the parts list.
The incumbent will ensure the availability and proper management of tools essential for daily task execution, following the established departmental procedures for tool utilization.
Conduct in-depth evaluations of critical failures to determine their root causes within the plant environment.
Ensures strict adherence to established policies in daily operations, participates consistently in departmental meetings, enforces management directives among team members, and reports outcomes to the senior mechanical manager.
Stays updated on standard plant operations to effectively fulfill on-call responsibilities.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and filing of all Permits, Assessments, and Audit-related files to ensure accurate tracking and performance measurement.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with additional academic qualifications or certifications preferred.
