JOB OBJECTIVE

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

The incumbent will execute a range of duties encompassing key operational functions, ensuring adherence to established procedures and organizational standards. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing daily workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills, proficiency in relevant software applications, and the capacity to meet deadlines while upholding efficiency and accuracy.

The position will entail a variety of key duties, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:

Collaborate with the BD Manager to formulate comprehensive business and marketing strategies designed to achieve established revenue targets.

Engage actively in industry forums, client dialogues, and professional conferences to serve as an ambassador for the organization.

Engage with clients through telephone and electronic correspondence to uncover potential growth opportunities and furnish them with marketing materials to enhance their engagement.

You are responsible for updating and managing all pertinent contact details and documenting every interaction to ensure appropriate follow-ups within CRM systems, including Salesforce and Action Plans.

Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover potential opportunities and collaborate with team members to develop and execute strategic plans for pursuing those opportunities from inception through to completion.

Develop compelling presentation slides and deliver engaging sales presentations to both internal and external clients.

Identify and evaluate potential cross-selling opportunities for the company’s products and solutions, targeting both internal stakeholders and external customers, including those who are currently engaged and those who may represent future business prospects.

Foster and sustain robust customer connections to cultivate a substantial pipeline of prospective clients.

Collaborate with the Training team to consistently achieve a 95% customer satisfaction rating.

Address client inquiries about the company’s offerings promptly and efficiently.

Supply management with comprehensive reports detailing customer requirements, prevailing challenges, emerging interests, competitive actions, and opportunities for innovative products and services.

Craft and assess comprehensive business proposals tailored to both new and current clientele.

Engage in the preparation and maintenance of documentation, oversee the management of bids, and conduct thorough evaluations of client contracts.

Prepare budgets in support of departmental operations and management meetings.

Ensure that all documentation related to the company remains current at all times.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services sector. The ideal applicant will hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or possess an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is a must, and prior experience with financial reporting or data analysis is highly desirable.

Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a closely related field, from an accredited university.

Professional certifications obtained beyond the primary credentials would be advantageous.

With a minimum of five to ten years of postings professional experience in business development or sales, ideally within the IT sector, candidates with prior exposure to the sales of IT software will be highly preferred.
