Job Summary
As the Field Onboarding Agent, your core duties will involve onboarding retail fuel stations, implementing operational tools, instructing station personnel, and verifying that stations are fully prepared for business operations.
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company standards, collaborating with various departments to align processes with organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and driving continuous improvement across teams. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and frontline staff, facilitating clear communication and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Lead cross-functional projects, allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and achieve measurable outcomes. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while promoting a safe and inclusive work environment. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting professional growth and development through coaching and constructive feedback.
Engage with station owners and managers to finalize onboarding procedures and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Establish and configure station applications, point-of-sale (POS) terminals, and payment processing accounts to ensure seamless transaction processing and system functionality.
Train station owners and staff to proficiently utilize operational tools and established processes.
Gather and document onboarding evidence meticulously using the company’s designated field application to ensure compliance and accuracy throughout the process.
Verify that all stations are fully operational and successfully transferred to the retention team.
