As a CCA (Cultural and Creative Arts or Co-Curricular Activities) teacher, your role involves designing and delivering dynamic lessons in arts, music, drama, and cultural heritage, or overseeing extracurricular clubs. Your primary responsibilities include fostering self-expression, nurturing artistic talents, and equipping students with the skills necessary for exhibitions and performances.

Overseeing a range of critical operational duties, the role encompasses managing day-to-day activities, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, address challenges proactively, and drive continuous improvement in processes. Additionally, the role involves monitoring performance metrics, reporting key findings to leadership, and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize outcomes. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential to juggle competing priorities while delivering consistent, high-quality results.

Develop and deliver engaging CCA lessons fully aligned with Nigerian, British, or American educational standards, ensuring comprehensive coverage of curriculum requirements.

Introduce students to a variety of creative disciplines, such as painting, music appreciation, drama, and traditional crafts, to foster skill development.

Event Coordination: Plan and execute school plays, cultural festivals, art exhibitions, and live performances with precision and creativity.

Evaluate student progress, administer academic records, and facilitate student readiness for both internal and external examinations, such as the BEE and WAEC.

Supervise after-school clubs, societies, and excursions to foster comprehensive student growth and engagement.
