Role Summary

As the Community Manager, you embody the vibrant energy of our office, affectionately known as “the office baddie.” You seamlessly blend the roles of host, operator, and culture architect, acting as the pivotal connection between our physical workspace, employees, and brand identity.

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Communications, your role involves designing and delivering an outstanding, cohesive office experience that fosters a sense of welcome, motivation, and assistance for all team members and visitors. Your responsibilities include organizing engaging social activities and overseeing the maintenance of the physical workspace, with the aim of transforming the office into a dynamic and appealing environment where employees are eager to spend their time.

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is crucial. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Demonstrates outstanding communication skills, with proficiency in articulating workspace regulations, orchestrating networking functions, and cultivating an inclusive and inviting environment.

Seeking a professional with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in domestic and international flight arrangements, hotel reservations, and familiarity with visa application procedures for multiple countries.

A background in administration, hospitality, or the luxury industry—along with prior experience as a community manager—is highly desirable.
