Job Description
As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will collaborate with the Brand, Marketing, and Communications team to develop visually compelling designs for both digital and print media.
You will collaborate on the creation of marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, brand assets, and additional visual content, all while maintaining adherence to the organization’s established brand guidelines.
Additionally, you will assist with creative initiatives, provide fresh design concepts, and undertake any other tasks as directed by your Line Manager.
Oversee and execute a diverse range of critical tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive performance improvement and foster innovation across key business functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and enhance overall productivity. Monitor progress through established metrics, providing data-driven insights to leadership for informed decision-making. Act as a liaison between departments to resolve conflicts, facilitate communication, and ensure cohesive workflow execution. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while upholding ethical standards in all operations.
Craft visually compelling social media graphics, promotional flyers, digital banners, and other marketing collateral to support brand visibility and engagement across platforms.
Help develop compelling visual content for marketing initiatives and corporate functions.
Maintain cohesive brand representation across all visual design elements.
Design and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to effectively communicate key insights and recommendations.
Edit and produce visual content, including images and graphics, tailored specifically for digital platforms.
Partner closely with colleagues to develop and execute innovative initiatives.
Ensure that design files and assets are meticulously organized and readily accessible.
Provide assistance with various creative and branding projects as directed.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in the industry.
