Job Description
Compile the latest financial data by gathering relevant information, then draft a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and additional financial reports to present the current financial status.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with established accounting standards and company policies.
Examine, distribute, record, and balance financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Conducting a thorough review of employee-submitted expense reports.
Accurately record and reconcile all incoming payments by processing corresponding receipts to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with established accounting procedures.
Examine financial data to assess the fiscal condition and compile a comprehensive overview of the financial standing.
Facilitate the development of robust client relationships by engaging with clients in a consistently constructive and professional manner.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of one to two years of professional experience in a comparable role, candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of the industry’s fundamental practices and methodologies.
Must possess strong proficiency in utilizing the Peach Tree software suite with expertise in navigating its core functionalities and advanced features.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential, along with strong capabilities in accounting software and database management systems.
Experienced in applying fundamental accounting methodologies and frameworks with a high degree of accuracy and compliance.
Accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients in a clear, professional, and responsive manner.
