Job Summary

The Collaboration & Microsoft Product Support Officer oversees the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the bank’s Microsoft 365 ecosystem and collaboration tools. This position guarantees the seamless availability of key platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and OneDrive, while delivering specialized technical assistance and user training to employees throughout the organization.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee and execute a diverse range of operational duties. The key responsibilities include managing daily workflows, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to established protocols. Additionally, the role requires regular performance monitoring, data analysis for process improvements, and seamless collaboration with cross-functional departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, resolving operational challenges promptly, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.

Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 services—including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform—to ensure seamless functionality and optimal performance.

Deliver expert L2/L3 technical assistance for all Microsoft collaboration tools while ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and service requests.

Monitor Microsoft 365 services to ensure their health, performance, and uninterrupted availability, taking proactive steps to mitigate potential downtime risks.

Oversee the administration of user accounts, licenses, permissions, and access controls within the Microsoft 365 tenant to ensure secure and efficient management of digital resources.

Develop SharePoint sites, Teams workspaces, and OneDrive configurations tailored to meet specified business requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.

Partner with security and compliance teams to implement and maintain Microsoft 365 data governance frameworks, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and conditional access configurations.

Draft, organize, and routinely update documentation pertaining to Microsoft 365 configurations, operational workflows, and troubleshooting protocols.

Facilitate user training initiatives, awareness programs, and adoption campaigns aimed at fostering proficient utilization of collaboration tools.

Assess and propose innovative Microsoft features, updates, and integrations to drive productivity improvements throughout the organization.

Oversee Microsoft 365 tenant configurations, implement policy updates, and administer licensing in accordance with established IT governance frameworks.

Leverage partnerships with Microsoft support teams and external vendors to address critical incidents and enhance service delivery through collaborative resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Offer hybrid IT infrastructure assistance encompassing on-premises Active Directory, Exchange, and Azure AD environments.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely aligned discipline is required.

Proficient understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and the Power Platform is required. Experience with Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft’s security and compliance solutions is also essential.

Experienced in resolving technical issues and providing solutions for Microsoft collaboration tools, with a strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving. Skilled in delivering clear communication and effective training to teams and end-users. Capable of handling multiple support tickets and projects concurrently while maintaining high efficiency. Proficient in PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration tasks.

Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Teams Administrator Associate, or Messaging Administrator Associate certification is mandatory. Possession of Azure certifications is highly advantageous.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in managing Microsoft 365 or other collaboration platforms within a large-scale enterprise setting. Prior experience within financial services or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
