Position Summary:

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Minimum of three years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a comparable role is essential. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring network devices, and managing user accounts is necessary. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders are critical. Familiarity with operating systems like Windows, Linux, and macOS, as well as virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V, is advantageous. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment is expected. Certifications such as Compton A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are preferred but not mandatory.

Experience
