Responsible for managing and coordinating all business operations within the open market and modern trade channels for the primary SBS, ensuring efficient oversight of business affairs to drive optimal performance and alignment across these retail environments.
To drive growth and profitability for the business unit, oversee the effective merchandising and promotion of the company’s products within the open market and MOT (Maintenance, Operation, and Training) space.
Spearhead the onboarding and market introduction of emerging brands to ensure their seamless integration into the trade, thereby enriching the company’s product offerings and fostering expansion by tapping into untapped customer segments and unlocking additional revenue streams.
Coordinate pricing surveys in collaboration with the team to collect precise and current pricing data, supporting the development of competitive pricing strategies. This process facilitates the company’s ability to make well-informed decisions, ensuring sustained market competitiveness and enhanced profitability.
To track competitor actions and market trends, compile and analyze competitive intelligence, enabling the company to identify shifts in the market landscape, refine strategic approaches in advance, and sustain a leadership position in the industry.
Proactively seek out, strategize, and implement new business ventures to significantly drive the company’s growth in the open market and MOT channels.
Monitor and evaluate performance through established Key Performance Indicators to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, providing data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
