Oversee critical operational duties including the management of daily workflows, adherence to established policies and procedures, and the execution of assigned tasks in alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, maintain precise documentation, and uphold compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating clear communication and fostering a collaborative work environment. Additionally, provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering professional development where needed.

Perform field surveillance, gather plant readings, and document any anomalies observed.

Operate and maintain pumps, compressors, reboilers, separators, and LPG/CNG loading stations efficiently.

Execute plan start-up and shutdown procedures while adhering to Lockout/Ragout (LOT) protocols to ensure operational safety and compliance.

Operate fractionation towers, including euthanized, deproteinize, and debutante units, as well as associated auxiliary systems.

Oversee and enhance fractionation operations from the central control room to ensure maximum efficiency and precision in production workflows.

Maintain LPG product specifications by analyzing GC data to ensure compliance with required standards.

Provide assistance in emergency response operations to ensure timely and effective handling of incidents.

The position necessitates a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a similar role, along with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, and advanced certifications or specialized training are highly advantageous. Additionally, familiarity with regulatory compliance and best practices in the industry is expected.

A degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences, such as an HND, B.Sc., or B.Eng., is required for this position.

Membership in the National Stock Exchange (USE) or Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) is required.

Professional certification from CORE Nor an equivalent body is required.

A minimum of ten years of directly relevant experience within a comparable facility is required.

Proficiency in HOP/HAMID training would be highly beneficial.
