Assist in transitioning customers to alternative service channels while ensuring their seamless functionality and optimization, including e-branches and self-service platforms. Collaborate with relevant teams to minimize service downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
Ensure that branch resources are allocated and prioritized in alignment with the Bank’s service delivery framework and customer segmentation strategy.
Enhance current and new connections while promoting and selling the Bank’s Personal and Business Banking products by implementing strategic cross-selling and up-selling initiatives.
To ensure meticulous oversight, diligently track transactional activity while preserving precise, clearly segmented customer records. Uphold a strict zero-tolerance policy for inactive or dormant accounts, promptly addressing and resolving any account closures to maintain optimal file integrity.
Diligently pursue customer insights to uncover service enhancement opportunities and areas for improvement.
Verify that all documentation for deposit and withdrawal instruments is completed accurately and thoroughly.
Verify the accuracy and reliability of all transactional instruments employed to ensure the integrity of financial operations.
Daily verification of balances on CBN Statements of Account is required, ensuring alignment with transaction records and internal ledgers. This involves meticulous reconciliation of end-of-day balances to confirm accuracy and consistency across all financial documentation.
Authorize and grant approval for transactions, ensuring compliance with the Bank’s established authorization thresholds and delegation of authority parameters.
Monitor cash drawer balances and allocate funds as needed, ensuring that the cash-in-drawer remains within the approved insurance coverage limit.
Oversee daily cash balances within the bulk room and vault to guarantee branch cash demands are consistently fulfilled.
Oversee inter-branch cash transfers and requirements, verifying strict compliance with all established control protocols for cash movement.
Overseeing the operational uptime of the branch’s ATM network and ensuring accurate reconciliation of all transactions represent key responsibilities within this role. The incumbent will maintain continuous monitoring of ATM performance to minimize downtime and will verify financial records against transaction logs to reconcile discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
Safeguard the branch’s cash limit by preventing any overages and facilitate the immediate transfer of surplus cash from the vault, in coordination with bullion services.
Swiftly address service issues on the same day they arise, escalating matters to the appropriate channels when necessary to maintain uninterrupted operations.
Responsible for conducting end-of-day account balancing and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies. Additionally, this role involves the timely resolution of issues to maintain smooth operations and financial integrity.
Oversee the daily operations of tellers and deliver essential hands-on training to enhance their performance.
Ensure prompt reconciliation of GLs and resolution of exceptions
Branch returns must be submitted to Head Office in a timely and accurate manner, as outlined in established reporting protocols.
Provide support in compiling and organizing management information reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field is required for this role. Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice is essential. Minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or specialized care environment, is necessary. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and strong critical thinking skills are also required. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities, along with a commitment to continuous professional development.
