As an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Project Manager, you will spearhead technology-driven initiatives by leading their planning, execution, and delivery. This role involves overseeing projects from initial concept through to final implementation, with a focus on ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and compliance with established quality benchmarks—particularly for network upgrades, software deployments, and infrastructure rollouts.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Conduct regular performance evaluations, foster professional development, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor progress against established KPIs, report on key metrics, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards while maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment. Represent the organization in stakeholder engagements, negotiate contracts, and cultivate strategic partnerships to support long-term growth.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, establishing a clear framework for initiatives. Develop comprehensive project plans, along with detailed timelines and resource schedules to ensure efficient execution.
Resource & Budget Management: You will strategically distribute personnel, equipment, and financial resources to optimize project execution while strictly adhering to approved budgetary constraints.
Provide strategic direction and oversee the performance of diverse, cross-functional teams composed of developers, network engineers, and IT specialists.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, monitor, and address technical and operational risks to minimize the potential for project delays.
You will function as the key point of contact, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration among project teams, senior leadership, and external vendors.
Quality Assurance & Compliance responsibilities include verifying that all deliverables adhere to technical specifications, align with organizational objectives, and comply with data security standards.
