Job Summary
In this role, you will oversee the onboarding of retail fuel stations, implement operational tools, instruct station staff, and verify that all stations are fully prepared for seamless business operations.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties that encompass strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational efficiency and goal attainment. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align initiatives, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance productivity, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Lead project execution from inception to completion, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and allocating resources effectively. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration while mentoring team members to achieve professional growth and organizational success.
Engage with station owners and managers to finalize onboarding procedures and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Configure point-of-sale systems, establish payment processing accounts, and initialize terminal setups for seamless transaction operations.
Train station owners and staff in the proper utilization of operational tools and processes to ensure efficient and effective management of station operations.
Accurately document onboarding evidence utilizing the company’s field application to ensure comprehensive and precise record-keeping throughout the process.
Ensure all stations are fully operational and formally transferred to the retention team upon completion.
Requirements
Seeking candidates with a proven track record of 2–3 years in field sales, FMCG distribution, merchant onboarding, or comparable commercial positions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a proven ability to train users efficiently, are essential requirements for this role.
Demonstrates strong technical skills in using smartphone applications and various digital tools effectively.
Capable of autonomous work and efficient management of multiple field visit schedules.
Applicants must currently reside within the designated preferred location and demonstrate a strong, working familiarity with the surrounding territory.
