We are seeking to attract, train, and inspire field representatives to excel in their roles.
Areas of responsibility encompass distributing territories, establishing schedules, and allocating necessary supplies and equipment to team members.
Conducting on-site evaluations of Field Representatives at customer locations.
Analyzing and compiling reports that identify the strengths and weaknesses of each Field Representative.
Assisting employees in their professional development and monitoring their advancements are central responsibilities.
The generated reports are submitted to the HR department for final review and processing.
Developing and delivering comprehensive training initiatives for field representatives to enable them to execute their responsibilities with optimal proficiency.
Overseeing compliance with all field regulations and ensuring adherence to established responsibilities by Field Representatives.
You are responsible for addressing all on-call assignments and providing assistance to the Field Representatives within your team.
Responsible for coordinating maintenance and repair schedules for fleet vehicles in alignment with the allocated fleet vehicle care budget.
Requirements
Proven track record and hands-on experience within the applicable field are required.
Highly proficient in project management, with strong organizational abilities, exceptional time management, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Proficient in utilizing various software applications and operating systems with efficiency and accuracy. Demonstrates a high degree of technical competence in handling complex digital tasks, including data management, troubleshooting, and system navigation.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and analytical abilities are required.
A highly motivated individual who thrives on delivering measurable results and exercising independent judgment.
