Oversee project expenditures and uphold financial efficiency throughout all phases, from initial design through to project completion. This role encompasses cost estimation, tendering processes, contract administration, and supplier oversight to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints without compromising quality standards.
Develop and implement procurement strategies aimed at optimizing costs, ensuring the punctual delivery of materials, and strictly complying with project specifications—all without compromising quality standards.
Formulate comprehensive, strategic decisions that advance the interests of the organization.
Oversee a range of critical operational duties to ensure seamless business functions, including managing financial records, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee procurement activities and tendering processes. The ideal candidate will manage supplier negotiations, evaluate bids, and ensure timely acquisition of goods and services. Responsibilities include drafting contracts, maintaining vendor relationships, and adhering to procurement policies and regulations. Proficiency in procurement software and strong analytical skills are essential, along with at least three years of experience in a procurement or tendering role. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are also required to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Oversee sourcing activities encompassing supplier identification, evaluation, and contract negotiations to secure optimal terms.
Develop comprehensive tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQ), and detailed rate analyses to support procurement and project costing initiatives.
Conduct a thorough evaluation of technical specifications to facilitate procurement activities.
The incumbent will assess contractor and supplier proposals and ensure adherence to contractual terms and regulatory standards throughout the execution phase.

Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to prepare, evaluate, and oversee agreements involving contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Ensure adherence to all applicable legal statutes, regulatory mandates, and compliance frameworks.
Monitor project spending and ensure timely submission of financial statements.
Mitigate project financial risks, conduct thorough risk assessments, and recommend cost-saving strategies while maintaining uncompromising quality standards.
Collaborate effectively with architects, accountants, engineers, and project managers to ensure procurement strategies are in harmony with design and construction objectives.
Deliver financial insights to facilitate informed decision-making processes.
Seeking a highly organized professional with exceptional attention to detail to oversee project timelines and deliverables. Must possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, along with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. A proven track record in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines is required. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is mandatory. Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a closely related discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of five to eight years of professional experience in architecture or construction firms.
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor is preferred, with expertise in cost management and financial oversight of construction projects.
