Role Description

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal applicant must demonstrate a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required. Candidates holding an M.Sc. or MBA will be given preferential consideration.
A minimum of five to seven years of hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain management, or e-commerce is required, along with a comprehensive grasp of last-mile delivery processes.
With a minimum of two to three years of demonstrated proficiency in managerial or supervisory capacities, candidates must have successfully directed multiple teams and/or managed operations across various locations.
Proven expertise in franchise or hub management, encompassing the coordination of partners and vendors along with the monitoring of their performance, is required.
Proven expertise in operations management, route planning, fleet coordination, and delivery optimization is required.
Demonstrates expertise in overseeing and optimizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while effectively implementing strategic initiatives to enhance performance across multiple geographic regions.
A strong command of data analysis and reporting tools, such as Microsoft Excel, is required, with prior experience in logistics or ERP systems considered a valuable asset.
Proven expertise in leading teams, managing personnel effectively, and resolving conflicts with diplomacy and tact.
Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement capabilities, demonstrated through adept interaction with internal teams as well as external collaborators.
