Responsibilities
Ensure precise reporting and adherence to all applicable regulations, encompassing the preparation of consolidated accounts.
Corporate Finance assistance is required to facilitate and assess investment initiatives.
Accurate budget preparation and financial projection for the group are essential responsibilities of this role.
Accurate financial models and cash waterfall analyses are developed to provide robust support for finance requests submitted by the project team concerning any group investment.
Oversee the timely completion of all tax audits, monthly filings, and strategic tax planning initiatives throughout the organization.
Guarantee that all annual statutory audits are concluded promptly in alignment with regulatory deadlines and stipulated requirements.
Requirement
A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, along with professional certifications such as ICAN, ARCA, CIA, or CFA—or equivalent qualifications in a related discipline—is required.
A minimum of eight to ten years of professional accounting experience is required.
Reporting proficiency, financial modeling expertise, consolidation accounting acumen, tax management capabilities, adherence to IFRS standards, in-depth knowledge of tax law, and corporate finance skills are required.
Required Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, with the ability to operate both light and heavy vehicles efficiently. Must demonstrate proficiency in managing diverse tasks, paying meticulous attention to detail, and maintaining a high level of organizational skills. Experience in inventory management, data entry, and basic accounting is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team are essential. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to interact with clients and colleagues. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is a prerequisite. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods is necessary. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
