A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required for consideration. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Experience with software development methodologies and frameworks is necessary. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are critical. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and experience with Agile/Scrum practices are preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required.
