We enforce and implement Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles across all production processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain product quality. This role involves overseeing adherence to GMP guidelines, conducting audits, and addressing any deviations to uphold operational excellence.
Supervision of the NAFDAC GMP-standard and approved production facility, with the floor plan available upon request, is required.
The position involves creating and managing weekly production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. This role focuses on coordinating resources, timelines, and workflows to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include analyzing demand forecasts, adjusting schedules as needed, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize and minimize downtime.
Inventory management responsibilities include overseeing concentrates and packaging materials, ensuring accurate tracking, stock control, and timely replenishment to support operational needs.
Conducting research and development initiatives is essential to our operations, focusing on innovation, product enhancement, and process optimization to maintain a competitive edge in the market. This role involves exploring emerging technologies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into viable solutions. Key responsibilities include designing and executing experiments, documenting findings, and presenting results to stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making. A strong background in scientific or technical disciplines, along with proficiency in data analysis and project management, is required. Additionally, effective communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to drive continuous improvement and support organizational growth.
