JOB OBJECTIVE

Drives revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives while expanding the customer base and enhancing satisfaction and retention through effective relationship management.

Responsibilities for this role include overseeing key operational tasks, ensuring adherence to established protocols, and maintaining high standards of performance across assigned functions. Key responsibilities will encompass, though not be limited to, the following areas:

Engage in industry forums, client meetings, and conferences as an ambassador for the organization.

Engage with clients through phone and email correspondence to uncover potential opportunities and furnish them with marketing materials designed to enhance their engagement.

Maintain current and accurate contact details and document all communications to ensure proper follow-up using CRM systems like Salesforce and Action Plans.

Conduct thorough market research to uncover emerging opportunities, then collaborate with team members to develop and execute comprehensive strategies aimed at capitalizing on these prospects from inception through to fruition.

Prepare and deliver engaging presentation slides, subsequently leading sales presentations for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Analyze the company’s product and solution offerings to identify opportunities for cross-selling to current, prospective, and internal clients.

Build and nurture strong customer connections to drive a substantial pipeline of prospective clients.

Collaborate with the Training team to achieve a 95% customer satisfaction rate.

Address client inquiries about the company’s offerings promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction and clear communication.

Supply management with comprehensive reports detailing customer requirements, prevailing challenges, key interests, competitive actions, and prospects for innovative products and services.

Craft and assess business proposals tailored for both prospective and current customers to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and client requirements.

Engage in the preparation and maintenance of documentation, oversee the bid submission process, and conduct thorough reviews of client contracts.

Assist in the preparation of departmental budgets and in organizing materials for management meetings.

Maintain all company-related documentation in a current and accurate state at all times.
