This position is a full-time, on-site opportunity located in Abuja for a Business Banker. The Business Banker will oversee business relationships, cultivate opportunities for customized financial solutions aligned with client requirements, and ensure the smooth operation of treasury management processes. Additionally, the role encompasses assisting small businesses with loan administration and financial planning while offering expert guidance on financial products and services that foster business expansion and long-term financial resilience.
Required education and experience include a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field. Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of five years of progressive experience in strategic planning, project management, and team leadership. Familiarity with data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel, and project management software is essential. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure are also required.
Demonstrated expertise in Business Relationship Management, coupled with a proven capacity to establish and nurture pivotal client partnerships.
Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Treasury Management and Finance, with a strong aptitude for analyzing financial data and implementing strategic management solutions.
Proficient in addressing the financial requirements of small businesses, with a proven track record of collaborating with entrepreneurs and enterprises ranging from small to medium in scale.
Extensive experience in the loans’ domain, encompassing credit administration, loan processing, and risk assessment, is essential.
