JOB SUMMARY
The HSE & Quality Assurance Manager ensures the organization adheres to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations while consistently producing high-quality products that satisfy regulatory, customer, and internal benchmarks. This position entails designing, executing, and overseeing HSE and QA frameworks, performing audits, and fostering a workplace culture rooted in safety and quality excellence throughout all operational activities.
Oversee and execute critical operational duties to ensure seamless business functionality, including managing team performance, optimizing workflows, and driving productivity through strategic planning and resource allocation. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency across departments. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align goals with organizational objectives, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making and long-term success. Additionally, lead cross-functional initiatives, resolve escalated issues, and serve as a liaison between teams to enhance interdepartmental coordination and synergy.

Oversee regulatory reporting and ensure strict adherence to compliance standards, maintaining accurate documentation and timely submissions to meet all legal and organizational requirements. Seeking a highly motivated individual with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results. Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred. Proficiency in [specific software/tools] and familiarity with [industry standards] are essential. A minimum of five years of direct experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and quality assurance management is required, with a preference for candidates from manufacturing, polymer, or industrial backgrounds.
Demonstrates a strong track record in executing ISO standards, adhering to HSE regulations, and establishing effective quality management systems.
Demonstrated expertise in minimizing workplace incidents while enhancing product quality standards.
