Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics is required, alongside a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in software development, system architecture, or a related technical discipline. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with a strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles. Candidates must demonstrate experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, as well as familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams are also necessary. Strong communication skills for articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are expected.
