Handle customer inquiries by delivering precise and helpful information in a timely manner.
Develop and pursue prospective client opportunities while ensuring timely and thorough follow-up to nurture and advance sales prospects.

Requirements
Must hold an active status as an NYC Corps Member and be actively pursuing an approved Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).
Skilled in effectively conveying information and fostering positive working relationships are essential for this position.
Effective communication abilities to sway opinions and achieve advantageous agreements.
Demonstrates strong self-motivation and the capacity to operate effectively with minimal oversight or direction.
Proficiency in fundamental computer operations and experience with customer service software applications are considered advantageous.
