Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting is required for this position.
Professional qualification in ACA, ARCA, or CFA (or in the process of obtaining such certification) is strongly preferred.
With a proven track record spanning 4 to 6 years in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Partnering, or Treasury Analytics, specifically within a Fintech or Cross-Border Payment organization, you will bring valuable expertise to the role.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in a range of technical competencies, including proficiency with data analysis tools, programming languages relevant to the role, and software applications essential for the position. Familiarity with industry-standard methodologies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure efficient and effective project execution. Capability to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize systems, and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational performance.
