Planning and executing company financial audits in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
The organization must adhere diligently to all relevant legislation and industry best practices to maintain full compliance at all times.
Responsibilities include validating the accuracy and integrity of the organization’s financial data. This entails meticulously reviewing financial statements, records, and transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Providing assistance to the accounting and auditing departments in executing their routine tasks and operational activities.
Compiling audit reports and financial statements for examination and approval constitutes a key component of this role.
Proactively addressing client inquiries related to audits with accuracy and efficiency while maintaining timely responses.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is proficiency in industry-specific software and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required, along with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are critical. Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in accounting is required for this position.
A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in an audit-related role within a professional firm is essential.
A valid Chartered Accountant qualification or advanced standing in the ICAN professional examination is required.
