Oversee the Executive’s calendar with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring optimal time management and scheduling efficiency through proactive prioritization and coordination.
Responsibilities include drafting, revising, and overseeing correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
Act as the first point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership sessions by managing all logistical details, developing comprehensive agendas, and preparing meticulous minutes to ensure productive and well-documented discussions.
Ensure all action items assigned by the Executive are completed punctually by actively following up and tracking progress.
Assist in organizing and coordinating essential components for executive-level meetings, presentations, and interactions with key stakeholders.
Maintain absolute confidentiality and exercise the utmost discretion when managing sensitive information.
Monitor and oversee critical deadlines, outstanding commitments, and high-priority tasks in support of the Executive, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to established timelines.

Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of a decade of experience serving as an Executive Assistant to high-level or C-suite executives within a prestigious organization is required.
