Delivers critical business insights and analytical support to enable the achievement of expense, headcount, and volume targets.
Ensures the integrity of general ledger information by overseeing entries and processing streams, while also compiling and evaluating financial performance reports providing accurate insights.
Works collaboratively with department leaders to develop comprehensive capital, expense, and personnel plans essential for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
Offers specialized guidance on leveraging financial data effectively, ensuring compliance with established accounting guidelines, standards, procedures, and organizational policies.
Ensures accounting principles are consistently applied in analyses with integrity and efficiency.
Performs duties with moderate oversight, leveraging specialized skills and deep knowledge pertinent to the role.
This role is classified as a Senior Accountant, building upon Level 1 responsibilities with duties such as recording intricate accounting transactions and performing detailed account reconciliations.
We seek a highly motivated professional who meets the following qualifications and responsibilities. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with at least three years of relevant experience in the industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in GAAP standards, strong analytical abilities, hands-on accounting experience, and advanced MS Excel skills are required. Familiarity with financial systems is also necessary to perform the role effectively.
