Develop strategic sales plans aimed at accomplishing organizational objectives and broadening the customer base, then execute their implementation.

Duties include: discovering new business prospects, forming strategic partnerships, and exploring untapped markets. Additionally, responsibilities encompass cultivating robust connections with essential stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration and mutual growth.

Lead and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve and surpass performance goals, fostering a culture of accountability and high achievement. Offer strategic direction and mentorship to empower team members, ensuring collective success through collaborative efforts and targeted development initiatives.

Market Analysis: Perform comprehensive market research and competitor assessments to guide strategic business decisions and planning.

Leverage Customer Relationship Management strategies to foster and enhance connections with current clients, thereby guaranteeing elevated levels of satisfaction and retention.

Prepare comprehensive reports analyzing sales performance, market trends, and business development initiatives, utilizing MS Office tools for data compilation and presentation.

Collaborate effectively across multiple functions by partnering with departments including production, procurement, and finance to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

We seek candidates with a proven track record of 4 to 6 years in sales and business development roles, ideally within the food processing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

A Bachelor’s degree, minimum, in business administration, marketing, sales, or a closely related field is required, with a Master’s degree considered advantageous.

Demonstrated success in leadership roles, with a strong capacity to guide and motivate a team effectively.

Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and significantly contribute to business expansion.

Proven ability to convey ideas clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, while fostering strong professional relationships and delivering compelling presentations.

Proven ability to analyze complex information and resolve challenges through strategic, data-informed solutions.

Proficient in utilizing MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as the CRM/Salesforce application.

Demonstrates a high degree of proficiency in organizational and time management capabilities.
