This role requires leveraging an array of channels—including online directories, industry conferences, and referral networks—to effectively connect with and onboard suitable merchant partners.
Initiate strategic outreach to prospective clients, cultivating meaningful relationships and coordinating meetings or product demonstrations to showcase the advantages of integrating Palm Pay’s full range of solutions.
Conduct in-depth evaluations of clients’ business operations, payment systems, and key challenges to accurately determine their specific requirements and obstacles, subsequently providing customized solutions.
Customized Presentations: Tailor Palm Pay’s services to each merchant’s unique needs, emphasizing core features, functionalities, and projected returns on investment in a compelling manner, specifically for Key and High-quality merchants.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting connections with pivotal stakeholders and decision-makers across client organizations, showcasing deep industry knowledge, unwavering dependability, and prompt responsiveness.
Lead negotiations to finalize pricing, terms, and agreements, driving successful deals while ensuring satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to resolve client inquiries, provide technical expertise, and facilitate smooth service implementation.
