JOB SUMMARY

The HSE & Quality Assurance Manager oversees the organization’s adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations while ensuring the delivery of products that meet stringent regulatory, customer, and internal quality benchmarks. This position entails designing, executing, and overseeing HSE and QA frameworks, performing systematic audits, and fostering a workplace culture deeply rooted in safety excellence and quality assurance across all operational activities.

Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations to maintain high standards of efficiency, quality, and compliance. Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and performance metrics to optimize workflows and drive productivity. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a closely related discipline is required.

Highly desirable qualifications include professional certifications in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) as well as Quality Management, such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Six Sigma credentials, or comparable designations.

Minimum five years of hands-on experience in HSE and quality assurance management, ideally within manufacturing, polymer, or industrial environments.

Experienced in the practical application of ISO standards, HSE regulations, and quality management systems, with a demonstrated track record of successful implementation.

Proven history of significantly decreasing workplace incidents while enhancing overall product quality.
