Job Summary
We are in search of a proficient and committed Auto Mechanic to become part of our automobile manufacturing team. The chosen individual will handle the assembly, inspection, testing, diagnosis, and repair of vehicle systems and components, ensuring all vehicles comply with the company’s rigorous quality, safety, and performance benchmarks.

During the vehicle manufacturing process, mechanical components and systems are assembled and installed with precision, ensuring proper integration and functionality.
Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and functional tests on vehicles and automotive systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Diagnose mechanical malfunctions and perform required repairs and adjustments as needed.
Repair and maintain various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, suspension systems, braking systems, steering systems, and other essential components.
Diagnostic tools and specialized equipment are employed to identify and resolve mechanical malfunctions.
All tasks must adhere strictly to the organization’s established quality benchmarks and mandatory safety protocols.
Partner with engineering, quality control, and production teams to troubleshoot and address technical challenges collaboratively.
Accurately document all inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities performed.
Adhere to established standard operating procedures and manufacturer guidelines meticulously.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of all workspaces, tools, and equipment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. A minimum of five years of experience in software development, preferably with expertise in Java, Python, or C++, is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are necessary. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are expected, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git, is highly desirable. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
A minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Trade Test Certificate, Technical College Certificate, or an equivalent qualification in Automobile Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of two to five years of hands-on experience as an Auto Mechanic within an automotive manufacturing facility, repair shop, or vehicle servicing operation is required.
Demonstrates substantial expertise in vehicle systems, engine diagnostics, and automotive repair methodologies.
Proficient in analyzing and comprehending technical manuals, drawings, and specifications with accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient in utilizing automotive diagnostic equipment and tools.
Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently, demonstrating adaptability and critical thinking in dynamic environments.
Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative aptitude are essential for this role.
