Job Summary

A meticulous Quality Assurance & Internal Control Associate is sought to facilitate the establishment and oversight of quality systems, internal controls, and compliance frameworks throughout hospital operations.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing a broad range of operational and strategic tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop, monitor, and evaluate performance metrics to drive efficiency and productivity improvements across teams. Collaborate with department leaders to align projects with company-wide goals and foster cross-functional synergy. Implement best practices in process management to enhance workflow and mitigate potential risks. Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports, supporting their professional growth and accountability. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards to uphold operational integrity. Lead initiatives that optimize resource allocation and budget adherence for sustained financial health.

Perform regular evaluations of potential risks and assist in executing measures designed to reduce or eliminate those risks.

Ensure adherence to established internal controls, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of internal processes, perform targeted spot checks, and ensure adherence to compliance standards through thorough reviews.

Oversee the implementation of quality enhancement projects spanning various departments to foster continuous improvement in operational standards.

Review incidents, complaints, and near-miss reports while assisting in the resolution tracking process.

Collaborate on the creation and assessment of policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance frameworks.

Oversee the performance and adherence to standards of external service providers to ensure contracted obligations are consistently met.

Perform thorough evaluations to ensure adherence to environmental, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Drive the successful adoption and integration of ISO, COAST, Kaiden, and DMAIC standards within organizational processes.

Ensure adherence to the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and all relevant statutory requirements.

Facilitate the administration and analysis of internal customer satisfaction surveys, as well as the production of relevant reports.

Offer guidance to personnel regarding quality assurance and internal control procedures.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field is required.

Seeking a candidate with two to four years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, internal control, audit, or healthcare compliance.

Proficiency in ISO standards and healthcare accreditation frameworks would be beneficial.

Analytical prowess, meticulous documentation abilities, and proficiency in generating insightful reports are essential.
