Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and possess at least three years of experience in financial analysis or reporting. Proficiency in financial software, such as QuickBooks or SAP, and advanced Excel skills are essential. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with GAAP and regulatory compliance is also necessary.
A bachelor’s degree in the field of Accounting is required.
Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYC) program is a mandatory requirement.
A candidate with either a fully qualified ACA or ARCA certification, or approaching final stages of the ACA qualification, is required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential, with candidates required to undergo written and oral assessments.
