We are in search of a seasoned Inventory Control Analyst III to spearhead inventory planning, stock optimization, and control processes, with a steadfast commitment to maintaining product availability, operational efficiency, and data precision.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties essential to achieving organizational objectives, including developing and implementing strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring alignment with company policies and industry standards. Collaborate with leadership teams to identify process improvements, drive operational efficiency, and support decision-making through data analysis and performance metrics. Monitor team performance, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, safeguard company assets, and mitigate risks through proactive measures and adherence to best practices. Additionally, serve as a liaison between departments, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate seamless communication, resolve conflicts, and enhance collaborative outcomes.

Evaluate inventory status, forecast demand patterns, and determine replenishment needs to ensure optimal stock levels and operational efficiency.

Design and refine inventory management frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste. Formulate and implement strategic approaches to oversee stock levels, ensuring optimal availability while minimizing excess inventory. Continuously analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, making data-driven adjustments to procurement, storage, and distribution processes.

Oversee the orchestration of shipment scheduling and inventory control operations.

Conduct regular inventory reconciliations, execute cycle counts, and assess asset valuations to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.

Compiles and evaluates inventory reports and performance metrics to assess operational efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data housed within ERP systems at all times.

Deliver mentorship, instructional assistance, and resources to team members as necessary.

The position necessitates a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and professional expertise. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in [specific tools/technologies], strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential, as is a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Proven expertise in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is required. Candidates should demonstrate a thorough understanding of ERP functionalities, workflows, and best practices. Hands-on experience in integrating ERP solutions with other business applications is highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with ERP reporting tools and data analytics capabilities is essential for driving operational efficiency and informed decision-making.

Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities of a high standard are essential.

Demonstrates a strong capacity for autonomous work while requiring little to no oversight. Exhibits self-motivation and reliability in completing tasks efficiently without constant guidance. Effectively manages workload and prioritizes responsibilities to meet deadlines independently.

Experience in spearheading initiatives, providing training, or overseeing inventory management processes would be considered beneficial.
