As a Business Developer on Palm Pay’s Pay with Transfer team, your primary responsibility will involve spearheading business expansion by uncovering untapped opportunities, onboarding high-quality merchants, training agents and merchants, and fostering greater product adoption.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee a range of key operational tasks, including strategic planning, project execution, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with actionable initiatives, ensuring seamless workflow and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities encompass conducting thorough analyses, optimizing processes, and providing data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity. Market Development: Pinpoint and engage key merchants spanning multiple market segments to promote PWT, merchant loans, partnerships, and digital payment solutions through diverse channels, including online directories, industry events, and referral networks.
Initiate strategic outreach to prospective clients to foster meaningful connections, cultivate robust professional relationships, and coordinate meetings or product demonstrations designed to highlight the advantages of adopting Palm Pay’s full range of integrated financial solutions.
We perform in-depth evaluations of clients’ business operations, payment systems, and key challenges to pinpoint their unique needs and obstacles, enabling us to provide customized solutions.
Craft engaging, merchant-specific presentations that effectively demonstrate Palm Pay’s services, emphasizing key features, functionalities, and projected ROI, specifically designed to meet the distinct needs of Key and High-Quality merchants.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting connections with pivotal decision-makers at client organizations by showcasing deep expertise, unwavering reliability, and immediate responsiveness.
Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and agreements to finalize deals successfully, while ensuring both parties’ satisfaction and strict adherence to company policies.
