Summary

A highly motivated and detail-driven Occupational Health Intern is sought to collaborate with our Occupational Health team, contributing to initiatives that enhance workplace health, safety, and overall employee well-being.

The ideal candidate will acquire practical exposure to occupational health methodologies, employee wellness programs, workplace safety assessments, and health administration protocols.

Oversee key operational tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with established standards. Manage and coordinate team activities, fostering collaboration and optimizing workflow efficiency. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and drive continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, supporting their professional growth and development. Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders to facilitate transparency and accountability. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout all operations.

Support the development and execution of occupational health and workplace safety initiatives.

Conduct employee health evaluations and oversee medical surveillance procedures.

Ensure meticulous maintenance of occupational health records alongside precise documentation to uphold compliance and accuracy.

Support efforts to detect and document potential workplace hazards and risks to ensure a safe working environment.

Engage in the development and implementation of health promotion and wellness programs.

Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the Occupational Health unit.
