Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our Chiropractic & Wellness Centre.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality physiotherapy services, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise junior physiotherapists where applicable, and collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for promoting wellness, rehabilitation, and preventative care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical evaluations.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Provide physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, rehabilitation, and pain management techniques.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and treatment documentation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning.
Foster a positive and collaborative clinical environment.

Patient satisfaction scores.
Treatment outcomes and recovery rates.
Patient retention and follow-up compliance.
Clinical documentation accuracy.
Team performance and adherence to treatment protocols.
Requirements
Education & Certification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or equivalent.
Valid professional license and registration with the relevant regulatory body.
Current practicing license.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ clinical physiotherapy experience.
Previous experience in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, sports rehabilitation, or wellness settings is preferred.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage.
