Role Description
The Marketing Officer role at Micronet Technologies Nigeria Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos.
The Marketing Officer will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s software products and services, including ERP, HR/Payroll, and asset management solutions.
Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying target markets, and supporting sales initiatives with marketing materials and presentations.
The role involves managing the company’s online presence, including social media channels, email campaigns, and basic content development.
The Marketing Officer will also track and report on campaign performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in events, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Marketing and Sales, with the ability to support lead generation and product promotion.
Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze customer, competitor, and industry data to inform marketing strategies.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
Practical experience with Social Media Marketing and managing digital channels to build brand awareness.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working with technology products; prior experience in IT or software marketing is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Proficiency with basic productivity and marketing tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, presentation tools; familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms is a plus).
