Role Description
The Business Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ikotun, Lagos State.
This role supports daily business operations, including coordinating workflows, tracking project progress, and ensuring smooth execution of internal processes.
The associate will assist with data collection and analysis to support decision-making, monitor key performance indicators, and help prepare operational and financial reports. Day-to-day tasks include supporting cross-functional teams, helping to streamline processes, and contributing to the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to resolve operational issues, maintaining documentation, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial tracking activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of a 2:1 grade in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Previous experience in media, entertainment, or a digital-first company is an advantage but not required.
Strong business operations skills, including process coordination, workflow management, and basic project support.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and work effectively in a diverse environment.
Solid analytical skills, including comfort with data, reporting, and using metrics to inform decisions.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Foundational finance knowledge, such as budgeting support, expense tracking, and understanding of basic financial concepts.
Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace), especially Excel or Sheets for data handling.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced media and digital environment.
