We are seeking a warm, patient, and dedicated Montessori Nursery Teacher to nurture and support the early development of our pupils in a structured and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver teaching activities in line with approved Montessori schemes, lesson plans, and school policies
Monitor pupils’ learning and provide feedback to improve teaching effectiveness
Identify pupils with additional learning needs and collaborate with the Remedial Teacher to provide support
Maintain a well-managed, disciplined, and positive classroom environment
Provide pastoral care and support the overall development of each child
Assess and grade pupils’ work, including tests and classroom activities
Track and report on individual pupil progress and achievements
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication
Requirements:
Qualification in Montessori Education or Early Childhood Education from a recognised higher institution.
Diploma in Montessori from a certified and approved centre (or willingness to commence the programme)
Experience working with Creche, pre-school or nursery-aged children
Child-friendly, patient, and nurturing personality
Strong oral and written communication skills with good diction
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
