Job Summary
The Payroll Executive will oversee the complete cycle of employee compensation, from initial calculation to final disbursement. This role encompasses ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries, bonuses, and deductions while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the position requires meticulous record-keeping, resolving discrepancies, and providing clear payroll reports to stakeholders. Core Responsibilties
Responsible for managing the complete payroll cycle (monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly), encompassing the computation of base pay, bonuses, overtime, and deductions.
Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely entry of payroll data—including new hires, terminations, promotions, and leaves—into HR and payroll software systems.
Compliance & Taxes: Maintain accuracy in wage computations and tax deductions while adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory standards.
Reconciliation and reporting responsibilities include preparing payroll reports, reconciling payroll accounts, and supporting audit processes along with variance analysis.
Serve as the main liaison for employees, addressing payroll discrepancies, payment delays, and compensation-related questions to ensure timely and accurate resolution.

Efficiently processing all Payroll transactions ensures accuracy and timeliness in financial operations.
Statutory deductions are computed and remitted accurately according to applicable regulations.
Compilation of credit and debit memos is required.
The generation of payslips is carried out systematically to ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees. Proficiency in payroll processing software and adherence to regulatory compliance are essential. Additionally, the ability to resolve discrepancies and maintain confidential records is required to uphold organizational integrity.
Responsible for generating and managing invoices to ensure accurate billing and timely payments, along with overseeing the entire invoicing workflow from creation to processing.
Cross-verifying invoices against payments and expenditures to confirm their accuracy and adherence to established financial standards.
Overseeing the Company’s accounts payable and receivables processes ensures accurate and timely financial transactions, including invoice processing, payment disbursements, and revenue tracking. This role involves reconciling accounts, maintaining financial records, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize cash flow and financial reporting. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and adherence to financial regulations are essential for success in this position.
Issuing bills and invoices to clients constitutes a key responsibility.

Seeking a highly skilled professional with a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
