Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales/Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by converting leads into sales and expanding corporate travel accounts.

The ideal candidate must have experience in travel/hospitality sales or strong B2B sales experience selling into corporate organizations.

Responsibilities

Convert inbound enquiries into closed sales

Drive visa, corporate, and luxury travel sales

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

Develop and grow corporate (B2B) client accounts

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Lagos and surrounding markets

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Managing existing customers.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to corporate clients

Debt Recovery.

Requirements

HND / B.Sc in any discipline

5 years’ proven sales or business development experience

Must be based & Familiar with Lagos

Experience in a travel agency, tour company, airline, or hospitality sales role is highly preferred

Candidates without travel experience must have strong B2B (corporate) sales experience

Demonstrated negotiation and deal-closing skills

Strong communication and relationship management skills.
