We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager based in Port Harcourt to drive business growth and market expansion by developing strategic customer relationships and leveraging a strong network of stakeholders, OEMs, technology partners, and enterprise clients across the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, acquiring new business opportunities, and achieving revenue and profitability targets by effectively positioning Arravo’s ICT solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth and achieve assigned revenue, profitability, and market penetration targets within the Eastern Region.
Develop, manage, and grow strategic relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
Leverage existing relationships and networks within the region to engage key decision-makers, influencers, government agencies, private sector organizations, and industry stakeholders.
Present, promote, and sell Arravo’s ICT solutions and services in the Oil & Gas sector.
Develop and execute account plans that support customer retention, account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, technology vendors, distributors, and strategic partners to drive joint business opportunities and customer engagements.
Conduct customer needs assessments and collaborate with Presales and Technical teams to develop and propose appropriate technology solutions.
Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic business development activities.
Lead commercial discussions, proposal presentations, contract negotiations, and opportunity closure processes.
Work closely with Presales, Services, Projects, and Operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and positive customer experience.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for business growth within the region.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, account reviews, and market intelligence reports to the Sales Director.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Account Management, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or a similar client-facing role within the ICT, Telecommunications, Technology Solutions, or System Integration industry.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Demonstrable relationships with key stakeholders, OEMs, technology partners, and enterprise customers within the Eastern Region.
Strong understanding of the business landscape and customer ecosystem within the region.
Excellent business relationship management, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
Highly motivated, customer-focused, results-driven, and capable of working independently to deliver business objectives.
Willingness to travel extensively within the Eastern Region as required.
