We seek a polished and customer-focused Waiter to integrate into our hotel’s Food & Beverage department.
The successful applicant will deliver outstanding customer service, uphold a welcoming dining atmosphere for guests, and contribute to the seamless functioning of restaurant operations.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including leading project initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, while maintaining accountability for performance metrics and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Monitor progress through regular evaluations, identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and mitigate risks. Additionally, provide mentorship to team members, supporting their professional growth and development within the organization.
Extend a cordial welcome to guests upon their arrival and guide them courteously to their designated seating areas.
Responsibilities include presenting menus, accurately recording food and beverage orders, and promptly communicating them to kitchen and bar personnel for preparation.
Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring adherence to service standards with professionalism.
During the dining experience, proactively engage with guests to assess their satisfaction and promptly address any further needs or requests.
Ensure tables are cleared and meticulously reset for incoming guests, while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the dining area.
Process bills efficiently, manage cash and card transactions, and provide accurate receipts to customers.
Maintain clear and efficient communication with kitchen personnel, bartenders, and fellow waitstaff to facilitate seamless service operations.
Adhere strictly to established health, safety, and hygiene protocols, with particular emphasis on the meticulous handling of food and beverages.
Provide support in the preparation and arrangement of dining spaces for events, banquets, or special functions.
