As a Business Developer within Palm Pay’s Pay with Transfer team, your primary responsibility will involve spearheading business expansion initiatives by uncovering untapped opportunities, onboarding high-quality merchants, training agents and merchants, and fostering broader product adoption.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee a range of critical tasks, including project management, client liaison, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless workflow execution, maintain high standards of accuracy, and deliver results within specified deadlines. Responsibilities also encompass coordinating team efforts, developing strategic solutions, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, the role demands proficiency in relevant software, adherence to company policies, and proactive problem-solving to drive operational excellence.
Market Development: Research and engage with high-priority merchants spanning multiple industry verticals to promote PWT offerings, including merchant loans, strategic partnerships, and digital payment solutions, utilizing a range of channels such as digital directories, sector-specific events, and professional referrals.
Initiate outreach to prospective clients to cultivate meaningful relationships, arrange meetings or product demonstrations, and effectively convey the advantages of integrating Palm Pay’s full range of services.
Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ business processes, financial transaction methods, and key challenges to precisely determine their unique needs and obstacles, subsequently proposing customized solutions to address them.
Tailored Presentations: Deliver compelling showcases of Palm Pay’s services by emphasizing key features, functionalities, and ROI potential, meticulously designed to align with the distinct needs of each merchant, particularly Key and High-quality merchants.
Relationship Building: Develop and sustain strong, long-lasting connections with pivotal decision-makers in client organizations by showcasing deep industry knowledge, unwavering dependability, and prompt responsiveness.
Skilled in negotiating pricing, terms, and agreements to finalize deals that meet both client needs and organizational standards, while ensuring policies are strictly followed.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to resolve client inquiries, provide expert technical guidance, and facilitate the smooth adoption and integration of selected services.
