Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience in software development, preferably within a regulated industry such as healthcare or finance. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C++ is essential, as well as experience with software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication abilities are also required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity principles is a plus.
