Job Summary

The HR Manager oversees all human resources functions at the designated site, encompassing recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluations, disciplinary procedures, staff well-being initiatives, training programs, and adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.

Oversee and execute a diverse range of duties essential to the role, including strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Act as a liaison between senior leadership and operational teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and productivity while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. Analyze data and generate insights to inform decision-making, identifying opportunities for growth and cost optimization. Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Oversee the complete lifecycle of talent acquisition, from initial recruitment through to successful onboarding of new hires.

Develop and oversee employee induction and orientation programs to ensure comprehensive onboarding for new hires.

Responsible for supervising performance management initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering continuous improvement among team members.

Responsible for overseeing employee relations issues and addressing grievances with professionalism and discretion.

Enforce disciplinary measures as deemed appropriate to maintain standards and uphold company policies.

Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and internal company policies.

Develop and oversee staff training and development programs to enhance team capabilities and performance.

Oversee employee attendance records and manage workforce planning initiatives to ensure optimal staffing levels and operational efficiency.

Ensure the meticulous upkeep of employee files and all related HR documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Administer compensation and benefits programs effectively, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee remuneration and benefits packages.

Provide strategic guidance to management regarding human resources policies, practices, and workforce-related challenges.

Foster a dynamic and inclusive workplace environment that enhances employee satisfaction and strengthens organizational values.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of five years of professional experience in software development, with at least two years in a leadership or mentorship role. Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles. Experience with full-stack development, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and DevOps practices. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to collaborative teamwork. Demonstrated track record of delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

A professional HR certification, including credentials such as CPM, SPH Ri, SHRM, or RCI, is highly beneficial.

Requires at least five years of HR-related work experience, ideally within a business operating across multiple locations.

Proven expertise in strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
