Oversee a range of critical tasks encompassing project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely completion and adherence to established standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, resolve challenges, and foster a cohesive work environment. Conduct thorough evaluations of progress, deliverables, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed. Formulate and implement regional sales strategies that are in harmony with overarching national objectives.
To consistently meet and exceed sales and distribution targets across monthly, quarterly, and annual periods.
Enhance market penetration and elevate the presence of mobile phone accessory products to drive greater brand awareness and consumer engagement.
Develop and expand strategic partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and prominent retailers to enhance market reach and sales performance.
Identify and establish relationships with new distributors and outlets that demonstrate high growth potential, ensuring a seamless onboarding process to facilitate their integration into the network.
Maintain adequate stock levels and promote effective stock rotation throughout the region to support operational efficiency.
Oversee, mentor, and evaluate the performance of Sales Representatives and Territory Sales Executives to ensure optimal productivity and goal attainment.
Establish measurable KPIs, perform consistent field visits, and deliver hands-on coaching to enhance team performance and development.
Ensure strict adherence to route-to-market strategies and maintain rigorous reporting standards throughout execution.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions, provide regular market insights and sales forecasts to management.
Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, product launches, and merchandising standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with expertise in frameworks like Django, Spring Boot, or .NET. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment are also necessary. Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS or Azure, and version control systems like Git is preferred. Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams are a must.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable discipline is required.
With a minimum of five to eight years of proven sales expertise in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or consumer electronics sectors, you will bring valuable industry experience to this role.
With a minimum of two to three years of experience in a regional or area sales management position, candidates are expected to demonstrate strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
You possess a comprehensive grasp of the market dynamics specific to the South East region.
Demonstrated success in overseeing distributor networks and leading field sales operations.
